【Shipping & Custom Tax】

We ship all our products by air transport, usually you can receive your package in 7days for most of the countries.

Buyer should paid for the custom duty in destination country, different country have different custom duty rate and Wind King will shoulder no duties for that.

Wind King can give you an invoice that price is lower than what you paid and help you cut down the destination duty.

Please leave your e-mail address and valid cell phone number to receive the package and clean the custom, buy should bear the loss for unclearly shipping address or uncontactable issues. Please be noticed that PO box address is not acceptable for the international carrier for all our products.

Please provide your residence address for package receiving, any package delay, return or extra cost due to uncertain address, buyer should hold all responsibility.

For Europe customers, we have custom duty channel with UPS/FedEx/DHL/DPD, usually you can get your package in 7~10days by air. Some times your package is overloaded and we will send your package by train or ocean way, that will take 25~35days by tax free channel. The tracking info will be updated once the package is in an EU-country, before that the tracking could be untracked. Please confirm your country with us if you want to choose duty channel.

Wind King offers 3 years warranty for all our products sold on HealthyGreenPlanet.com. User manually damage is not included in warranty. If any problems come to you, please make sure you take some pictures and videos as evidence. Do not open the product or try to repair it by yourself unless we told you to do that. Please make sure you use the product under the guide of the user manual. All information we show the product description is for reference, due to the wind speed is not controllable, every user could have different product effect. All testing data is collected by Wind King under standard lab test,it might have a little discrepency upon different surrounding, please refers to the exact result of the products after installation.
